As a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Business, Jason Rose brings many years of experience and ethical business practices to the mortgage lending industry. After beginning his career with an east-coast mortgage company, Jason joined NOVA Home Loans senior management team to expand his portfolio of loan programs. Jason is one of NOVA’s top-producing Loan Originators in Southern Arizona, and is capable of helping clients secure a variety of loans, including construction, conventional, FHA, and VA. Jason’s sensitivity to the individual needs of his clients enables him to develop effective loan packages that quickly qualify homebuyers, investors, and developers. After attending college, Mitchell started his career in the automotive industry where he spent thirteen years. During that time, he learned how customer service is an opportunity to exceed the client’s expectations while providing a great service.
Over the years, Mitchell has counseled many families on how to purchase and refinance their homes. Much of his business comes from repeat clients, client referrals, and realtor referrals.

Shane, a Tucson Native, is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and a retired sergeant from Tucson Police Department. He married his high school sweetheart after joining the police department and together they have five children. After spending nearly 20 years serving his community in law enforcement; Shane knew he wanted to continue providing valuable services to the community. His lifelong friends, Mitchell Jones and Jason Rose, realized Shane’s outgoing and witty personality was an ideal fit for the Stellar Partners Team and he joined them in 2020. Shane is committed to providing the same level of service, integrity, compassion and teamwork to his customers as when he was a police officer. Whether purchasing a home or refinancing your current loan, Shane will take pride in serving his customers to the best of his abilities.
Kelly Allan is the Branch Business Development Coordinator for Stellar Partners – NOVA Home Loans. She has over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service, and a background in marketing and sales. Her goal with Stellar Partners is to simultaneously maintain current and foster new relationships with community Real Estate Professionals and their clients, manage social media accounts and coordinate marketing efforts and events for this stellar team. Outside of NOVA Home Loans, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, four kids and two dogs, and is a novice houseplant enthusiast.
